The interiors of all 2024/25 season Ecovip models will have a fresh gleam and an impressive style that welcomes travellers aboard with immaculate elegance.
Matt White is being introduced for the kitchen drawers, cabinet doors and deep drawers, and combines with the new faux leather headboard of the sleeping area to give spaces an added refinement and shine.
The edges of the table, kitchen and toilet tops match the Piombo Doha Fenix cladding to provide stylistic continuity, while the side of the kitchen is now fitted with a convenient rack with hooks for even greater convenience during routine use of the kitchen on trips.
For the 2024/25 season the front wall cabinets will have roomier interiors and the chrome-plated handles are replaced by the efficient push-to-open system. At the same time, the handles of the drawers and the rear cabinets acquire an elegant steel finish.
The new AL-KO battery charger/transformer, now introduced, guarantees a maximum current of 22A and is designed for use with any type of battery, including lithium. In addition, vehicles can be equipped with lithium batteries (optional), with a choice of two alternatives: 1 battery of 150 Ah or 2 batteries of 150 Ah (not available on Ecovip CV).
What’s more, it will also be possible to fit 24/25 season Ecovip models with an optional 4G Router, enabling users to stay connected and manage their mobile devices exactly as they wish, wherever they may be.
The new semicircular table is introduced as standard on Ecovip L and H models. Extending, swivel and movable, it features in compact version on Ecovip L 2009 / H 2109 vehicles and in standard version on all other models (including Ecovip DS).
The new table makes a number of improvements: first and foremost, it minimises the space occupied when the vehicle is on the move, avoiding conflicts with the cab seats and facilitating passage to and from the passenger compartment.
At the same time, once the vehicle is parked and the table has been extended it serves all the seats available effectively, with accommodation for 5-6 diners.
LED strip lighting is provided on-board in all areas, replacing the circular spotlights in the front zones. This change combines with the optimisation of the front window integration panels to provide a more streamlined, elegant interior. Anyone arriving on-board will also be impressed by the leather finish of the new door handle, standard on all Ecovip L/H models.
What’s more, in the kitchen the indirect under-counter lighting system, the new extractor hood with activated carbon filter and the new tap with pull-out spout help to ensure the right mix of technology and style.
Last but not least, the rear cabinets now have rounded doors featuring a steel-finish aluminium bottom profile, open corners and faux leather edges. The updates to the sleeping area are completed by the introduction of new blinds in the rear side windows.
In addition to the innovations across the whole Ecovip range and those exclusively for the Ecovip L/H models, there are also a number of specific updates to Ecovip Camper Vans.
For example, the kitchen now has a new worktop with separate burners and stainless steel sink on Ecovip CV 600 and 645. The chrome-plated Laika logo now appears on the outside of the kitchen block, on the entrance side, and a mirror is added in the corridor of the Ecovip CV 600, as in the Ecovip CV 645.
Matt white rear wall cabinets, 2-level indirect lighting, open corners and faux leather trim complete the innovations offered as standard on Ecovip CV models for the new season.
In addition to the general facelift, the Ecovip Camper Van now also offers an optional third bed (crosswise single) in the dinette, 180 cm in length and with a width ranging from a minimum of 53 cm to a maximum of 99 cm.
