To consult the list of accessories and order spare parts, you need to contact an authorised Laika dealer and bring a photo of the individual request and the vehicle registration document to identify the chassis number. The dealer can support you in choosing the correct accessory and can inform you about costs, weights, payloads, delivery times and availability of each article. The dealer then orders the requested spare part online from Laika. Only the dealer/Laika service point can order and receive spare parts from the parent company.
You can take your motorhome to the Laika dealer of your choice or send them the chassis data. The authorised Laika dealers are able to give you a cost estimate for the spare parts and any assembly necessary.
It is absolutely necessary to contact an authorised Laika dealer, as approval of the warranty request requires inspection and preliminary examination by a specialised Laika workshop.

Laika offers a 10 year warranty for the impermeability of the living space. The warranty is valid on the condition that the vehicle is subjected to all necessary checks at the selling dealership or an authorised Laika workshop annually, from one year after the initial registration. These checks are to be paid for. The checks must be carried out within the period from two months before to two months after the date (day/month) of first registration. For example: if the vehicle was first registered on 10th September, the annual impermeability test must be carried out between 10th July and 10th November of the year in which the warranty is valid.
The check steps follow a predefined time frame and allow you to constantly monitor the condition of your vehicle with little effort.

The sale of Laika vehicles takes place exclusively through authorised Laika dealers.

For safety reasons, Laika can only allow repairs or the installation of accessories by dealers / authorised Laika workshops. The parent company cannot pass on instructions, diagrams or drawings for the repair or assembly of accessories to third parties. You can contact any authorised Laika dealer for this type of work.
The warranty on the habitation must be activated by your dealer the moment you collect your new vehicle. The form provided for this – contained inside the guarantee booklet with which your vehicle is equipped – must be filled out and signed (the data provided with this form – as well as with the change of ownership – take into account the new European regulation of the General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR EU 2016/679). The dealer must send to Laika, via post or email, the part assigned, together with the vehicle registration document. On receiving this documentation, Laika will activate the habitation warranty in its management system. Laika will also transfer this data to the chassis manufacturer so that he can activate the chassis warranty.

The permitted sizes are in the vehicle registration document. The sizes that are not listed were not provided for in the type test. Unfortunately, it is not possible to issue a clearance certificate for wheel rim types that are not listed in the vehicle registration document.
